Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

This seems to be on of the most frequently asked questions by global buyers. The answer is: Both.

Our factory was established by two Ladies, they are former colleague. Because the factory was primarily a domestic business, they invested together to establish a wholly owned subsidiary trading company to expand the oversea business.

Can I get a sample if we are interesting in your company and products?

Sure, If you are interested in our current products, we can offer a free sample for you to inspect, you only have to carry the cost of the courier.

Can we customize our own designed bags?

Sure, bag customization is a featured service of our company.
Usually, we will ask you to provide detailed information about the bags, such as designed sketch, material, size, printing pictures, etc. If you only have a general idea, we can also do the design for you according to your idea, recommend the right fabric, design pattern, etc.

What is your sample pricing?
We usually charge USD 120 per style for the sample. When you place the order in the future, we can refund this sample charge. Please notice that we have two chances to revise the sample until you are satisfied.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is usually 500pcs per style for the batch production, but for the customized bag order, we can also accept 100pcs per style. This is quite suitable for the Amazon seller, Ebay seller or another small seller or starter.

What is your production lead time?

Usually our production lead time is 35-50 days upon order confirmation and deposit reception. If the order is very urgent, inform us in time and we will try to meet your request.

What are the steps from development to order

First, you sent the design and instructions to us. Designing sketch or physical samples are both OK. We will then review your instructions and share our comments.
We will try to provide a rough quotation at this stage.If you accept this first indication, we proceed with the sampling stage.

Upon completion, we will send the prototype sample to you and provide a final quotation.
If there are any comments, or if there are any adjustment to be made, we can continue to work together until we are ready for order placement.

Can you do the drop-shipping?

Yes, we can!

What’s your payment term?

We are mainly accepting the T/T Swift Transfer:
For sea transportation: T/T 30% advance payment as deposit, the balance paid against B/L Copy in 5 days.
For air transportation: T/T 50% advance payment as deposit, the balance paid before shipment.

Can I pay via Paypal?

Sorry, we only sell goods B2B and not to individuals. We do not work with PayPal

How long could I get replied after sent you an inquiry?

What sampling methods do you use?

The client decides the preferred sampling method. In the bag industry AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) is the most common method. AQL saves time and money, with the highest possible level of confidence.
